My friend had an MRI today-he has symptoms of cancer in his brain?
They'll find out in two days if he does have cancer or not he told me and my friend today.He said that he has migraines in one spot of his head at the same time every night, it gets so bad that he loses his vision, his ears hurt, and that he sometimes screams out of pain. He ha skin cancer, got surgery, and he was better for a few months. But since last month this has been a regular thing. Not at school. He seems calm, so does my other friends that he told. I know I should be worried, but it's like my emotions are numb, as if I can only feel shock. Will my friend die if he does have cancer?How can I be there for him if he does have cancer?

Hi does anyone get paranoid they have cancer? Latley i been sufering from Acid reflux and indigestion problems and it been making me paranoid thikning i might have cancer lol, was wondering what are the general symptons of cancer? What are some symptoms of cancer in young adults?
For a while now I have had scrapes and cuts, that never fully heal correctly. The skin pigmentation is not the same as before, it's always darker, if even a few shades. I ran into a tree on a swing last summer, almost exactly a year ago, and the mark is still dramatically darker close to my knee, and the area farther down my leg is still not my skin color. One scrape actually healed at a lighter color too. Other than it looking totally uneven, almost like an awkward birthmark, it generally doesn't bother me. I also bruise very easily, to the point I can't identify where I get them from. Some of them stay for quite a while. I have always been the one in my family who gets sick first with colds, I've always had the weakest immune system, but that never bothered me when I was younger because I could miss school. I am very busy, I ride and show horses, I work 40 hours a week, and I have school which is currently on break , my diet is primarily vegetarian, I eat seafood, and occasionally chicken, but red meat and pork is pretty much unappetizing to me,so I steer away from it. I know that this isn't the same as having a doctor test me, but I figured I should do some research before I go in. I have had a cold or maybe allergies for almost two weeks, I already tried allergy medication. Thank you for reading, I'm grateful for any help.

Yes, I do know I should go to the doctor, and I plan to, but I don't have insurance anymore. So, here are my symptoms 1. constant fatigue weakness I do get enough sleep.2. constant bone pain arm and leg bones are tender. Also, have lower back pain.3. constant joint pain ALL joints hurt constantly. I've taken Aleve for both bone joint pain, but nothing helps the pain.4. occasional night sweats5. nauseau6. abdominal bloatingI've been experiencing these symptoms for months. They have progressed over time, and now I just can't take it anymore. I've gotton used to the constant bone and joint pain, but the fatigue is just really getting to me.

I've posted other questions about this but this is a different one. I've had unexplained bruising since September 2009, have been to a hematologist WHILE pregnant & was told nothing was wrong, 5 months later I'm still bruising. To people who have this problem, what have you been diagnosed with? I have no other symptom aside from the bruises which have gotten pretty bad at one point. How long was it before you were diagnosed with the right thing? I'm not thinking I could have the same thing but just things I can look more into. I was told to wait until after having my baby to go to another hematologist but I'm wondering if bruising easily & excessively can somehow affect me or the baby during or after labor & delivery. Any advice, any experience will help somehow, thanks everyone

Hi, I am in my late 30's with T Cell Lymphoma. I am aware that night sweats are symptomatic directly with lymphoma, but one oncologist has told me it may be a sign that the cancer cells are dying or regressing, and another oncologist is telling it is directly related to the cancer progressing. I have had severe night sweats throughout my 8 month ordeal, but they have been completely on and off. So far the they have started again for about a month to no end. I am also aware that the severe sweating could be due to infection and drugs being used during therapy Velcade as I have stopped chemo approximately 2 3 moths ago.Other than the cancer, I feel great, am active and have been energetic with no known issues to to address.If professional could please educate me on this as not knowing is driving me completely crazy.Thanks CM
